Eligibility Criteria:

• To be eligible for the American College of Physicians India Chapter awards, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Be a current member of the ACP in good standing with all dues paid.
• Reside or practice in India.
• Submit a completed application form with all required documentation and materials by the stated deadline.
• Please note that some awards may have additional eligibility requirements, such as career stage or field of specialty. These requirements will be detailed in the award descriptions and application forms.
• It is compulsory for all the applicants to mention the Physical conference registration number for the upcoming ACP India Chapter conference at Bhubaneswar. Incomplete applications will not be considered
